Poutine ua French fries with ranch gravy and cheese melted over it.

I grew up with this. I'm from upstate New York. Hadn't thought about this for a while. Now it's all I want lol

You must be from the northeast:) down south we do chili cheese fries. Or just dip fries into a frosty <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I'm currently in NY, after 15 years in NC. We dipped dries in strawberry shakes. I miss the south. And the chili cheese fries! Lol.

I never met a cheese I didn't like. The more aged, hard cheeses like aged provolone is very strong and sharp. It's better to buy those (provolone, caciocavallo, parmigiano) from a deli or Italian market.

In fact, it's better to buy cheese from Trader Joes, Whole Foods (whole paycheck) and the like. Many specialty stores will cut you small amounts of cheeses since we cannot eat huge blocks before they go bad.

Experiment. Some of my favorites are the above mentioned as well as Stilton, Irish cheddar, Wednesleydale, Camembert, Brie, Tilset, Asiago, Havarti, Swiss, fresh mozzarella (Sounds like Monty Python's cheese shop sketch now), Feta, Gruyere, Gouda, Edam ...

I also do like the Baby Bell Light, Laughing Cow light and light string cheese.

Gosh I do LOVE cheese. I do admit that goat cheese tastes off to me. I love sheep cheese, but goat seems off to me. Makes me wonder what camel cheese would taste like.

I WANT CHEESE CURDS! Apparently they are not a California thang.

oh my gosh you guys cheese fries -_____- lol I'm from missouri too, and we're kinda crazy about em haha. They are so good! Definitely off the chest and not in the mouth! haha I like that

Yum cheese fries! How about we make zucchini cheese fries ?!? I'm making up my new recipes for things I love an this is one of em!
