As August 2012 Vertical sleevers who started here on the vertical sleeve talk and then formed a group on Facebook where we could have more updated talk, discussions, post pictures, and support one another we have found that group a wonderful family support group, now we would like to invite any summer 2013 sleevers to come to a group we have formed for mentoring, help, and advice and hope to give back and some support to the new group....its a secret group so that you may feel comfortable discussing anything, (we have found there is nothing we dont discuss or that is TMI=to much information) you will need to add me as a friend and then I can add you to this group where its secret, please send a message with your friend request so I know you are a sleever here is my direct fb link so you can add me https://www.facebook.com/klyn.mcmickell....

I am a little over a year. I am now down to 125 lbs. I am trying to keep from losing too much weight.

I am still exercising and running. I wear a sz 2-4 from 22-24 and sm- med from 3x.

This is a picture from last Saturday.

Hey i was sleeved aug 28th 2012. I have been on a horrible stall! I am 157 right now I started at 240. Since March when I had my gallbladder out I have only lost 15 lbs! I bust ass at the gym normally doing 1 hr cardio and lifting for at least 30 mins. My np said I'm doing fine but I feel like I'm never hitting my goal! I see so many ppl sleeved around when I was already at goal! I'm so discouraged

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
