Anyone in Delaware have left over Optifast to sell? I can't get my supply until Monday and I was told I may have to reschedule my surgery on the 14th if I don't have it for the weekend.

I'm getting started on my 6 month pre-authorization, and I've been seeing Dr. Halbert at CHRIAS. Has anyone worked with her? I was assigned her as my surgeon when I went to the seminar at Christiana.

I had my sleeve in Aug. 21, 2015, Milford Memorial, Milford, DE..by Dr. Barnett. He did a great job. I didn't have any severe pain after..No problems drinking or eating. But, my lost is slow..

Hope everyone is doing well. Hope to hear from someone soon..

Hi Theresa64, not sure. Try clicking on the name of who you want to inbox and some symbols should come up at the top of the page. Or try clicking on the 3 small squares on the top right hand corner and hit reply, hope this helps, I'm not technology savvy, lol.

Hi Jerseygirl0519.

Close enough lol. So you are preparing for surgery in March..Congrats on your decision. I had my sleeve in Aug. 15, I will be 5 months on the 21th. It has been life changing. I am sure you are excited and scared, I had so many mixed emotions. I am short also, so, my weight really pulled me down. At first, I lost 35lbs. Now it kind of slow but steady. As long as do what your surgeon and dietitian says, it is really amazing how the weight falls off. I messed up during the holidays and gained 4lbs. So, I had to go back to Protein shakes and lot of Protein (eggs most of the time). Back on track. Wishing you luck..Please let me know how you are doing.

Blessings from Delaware..

I'm excited and nervous. Starting to have those feelings like I may never be able to have certain things again.. like beer! But I know it's something I need and want.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
