How Often Do You Get Hungry?

Just curious how often you get hungry. I am two weeks out today, and it seems that I get hungry about every 2-3 hours. I ate my lunch at noon (1/4 cup of cottage cheese) and my stomach is growling for more food (almost three hours later). How often do you find yourself needing to eat?

I don't go more than 3 hours without eating something... I'm rarely hungry.. when I'm really hungry or feeling empty....it's usually because I'm not drinking enough water...

The only time of the day I seem to feel actual hunger "pains" is late at night. Then again, I used to snack right before bed. Now when I'm lying in bed, I start thinking about what I want to eat tomorrow or buy at the grocery store next shopping trip. It's not that bad, but it's annoying.

The first few weeks I was hungry about every 2 hours or so. Now I'm 8 weeks out and for the past 2 weeks my hunger is almost gone. Sometimes I feel hungry around lunch time but I try to keep myself on a schedule. I usually eat 6 small meals or snacks a day so hunger isn't usually a problem.

I will be 4 weeks out tomorrow and I still have no sensation of hunger. I do eat and the only sensation I know is full - I get full so quickly. I also sometimes hiccup and get a runny nose...is that strange (when im full)?

I have to say I dont actually get "hungry" like I used to, it is weird. I just keep on my schedule of 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks in between. I may get head hungry occasionally but I just go do something to get my mind off it an it works.

Stacey it's actually not strange... This is a link to an older post about full signals..
