CytoSport makers of Muscle Milk - 100% whey Protein 27g 6lb Bag of chocolate

I bought this at costco, for like $35 or so and mix it with Water. I really like it. Low Carbs, high Protein.< /span>

I am pretty easy to please. I like this since you just mix with Water.

CytoSport makers of Muscle Milk 100% whey Protein 27g 6lb bag vanilla Concentrated and Isolated whey protein Ingredients: Whey Protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, natural and artificial flavor, salt, acesulfame potassium, Guar Gum, Sucralose, Soy Lecithin. Directions: Mix 1 rounded scoop into 6-8 fl-oz of cold water.

I have chocolate one. I think it tastes pretty good.

I would be interested to hear if there is any reason not to use it (pre/post op).

i got a whey Protein at Walmart for 15.00 bucks. it is Peanut Butter chocholate flavor. 27gm protein.....130 cals....2 net carbs. its only 2 pounds per conntainer. it is by body fortress in an orange and black container. good taisting if you mix it in a Blender Bottle. you can mix it with milk or with Water. i prefer milk.....makes it creamier. but lower cals and carbs with water.

Sassy - I have tried that kind also. It is a good deal. The kind I bought, is very good also, and I I got 6lbs for $28 (just found price).

Type II diabetic, so like that there are no carbs. Mixing with Water, with spoon is not too grity, but a blender is probably better.... I "used" to really be into lifting and I am used to the taste of this stuff..and find this one pretty good and mixes well!. One Scoop with H2o is only 140 cals and 27 grams of P, and 2 carbs!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
