What Should I Try And Stock Up On?

I never had issues with caffeine. I always make sure to get in my Water, along with my morning cup of coffee each day. I drank lots of hot tea right after surgery with no problems. I only used the five hour energy when I felt weak from not eating for days. A small sip would give me a litttle boost. I didn't need it once I was eating normal foods. You may be fine without it. I personally struggled with feeling weak on the liquid stage. Totally worth it though! I love my sleeve!

Good to know! Like I said, I don't do caffeine... so I am sure a sip would help when I am feeling slow. I just found out that there is a GNC on Grand Cayman (the big island) and I am going to fly over next week and buy some of the different Protein powders to try. I know my taste buds might change... but, it's nice to know that I won't have to ship stuff down from the States... that's so expensive!
