First Meal Out In Two Days

I was sleeved 7 days ago and on full liquids..thinking maybe I could order soup..cottage cheese or mashed potatoes..any ideas?thanks.

    stick with soup for now (don't eat the stuff in it either), tea or coffee (decaf of course) until you are allowed into the mushie stage I wouldn't go there yet. However, if your doctor has allowed these foods into your plan after 7 days, then i guess it would be alright.
