Another portion question

Wheetsin said she quit asking "am I full?" and started asking "Am I still hungry?"....this spoke VOLUMES too me!!! Don't eat so much you stretch your pouch....it's a tiny pouch and just like when we started getting overweight....we kept overfilling!! IT's SUCH a learning process.....I hiccup when I go past full!? Odd, huh?!? I am trying to avoid hiccuping.....I eat less than 1/2 cup for lunch and same for dinner!!! MY mind wants MORE...but my stomach is TRULY satisfied....FIGHT the head hunger woman!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MelodyJ - that is such a great example of how to eat with that question.... I will share that with 2 of my friends who have had lapband and who do not come to these boards. That is a great way of thinking about it. I
