Alittle too over drastic with my fourth of July goal. I missed by 9 lbs. However. I still feel I can do this and set my goal within reach. This goal gives me 9 weeks at a rate of 2.44 lbs. a week.

Although I didn't make the last goal, I am determined to step up the exercise and make the Labor Day goal. I started tracking my food intake again so I hope it helps me keep a closer eye on my calories, carbs, and Proteins.

Well, I missed 4th of july by 2 lbs-but I lost 23 lbs for the last goal. So, I'm setting a similar goal this time.

SW- 272

CW- 206

Goal-185

lbs to goal- 21

I KNOW i can do this. Even when I slow down I generally lose about 10 lbs a month. Plus, I'm going to up my workouts for the next 2 months. I can't even imagine being under 200 lbs and to think that it could be me in the next 2-3 weeks.. INTENSE. So excited though.

Hi-

I do not know how to make a real guess to my weight in 60 days...

I lost 29 pounds the three weeks after surgery and 30 pounds the 13 weeks prior...

after surgery I had great weight loss daily and then after 20 pounds my body stalled for 5 days..

now it is 2# every three days, though one day I see nothing and the next nothing then bamm! down again...

I usually suggest folks taking in the last 4-6 weeks average weight loss per week and making that your goal, give or take a few pounds. Men typically lose MUCH faster than us ladies - so I think if you upped your goal a little bit you'd do just fine. :) Good luck!!

Hi all,

My goal for Labor Day is based on losing 2 lbs. per week, which is what I've been averaging since week 4 post-surgery.

The Labor Day Goal also includes reaching three mini-goals:

1. Getting down to the 180s. Haven't seen that weight since around 200.

2. Becoming Overweight, not Obese (185 lbs)

3. Weighing less than my husband: (<182)

Labor Day Goal:

SW-197...............CW-197...............Labor Day goal-179

I may have to revisit my goal. My 4th goal was actually a July 17th goal since I started late and that's the hubby's birthday. I'll see where I am (hopefully past my current goal) then I'll set another Labor Day goal.

I failed miserable for my 4th of July goal. My body stalled out like crazy and other health issues got in the way. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose anything in a month. So I'm back at it.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
