ZUMBA fans?

I took my first Zumba class yesterday. It was fun! I had to sit down during one of the songs and catch my breath - but other than that - I stayed moving for the whole class.

My body was asking "what the heck did we do?" the rest of the day. Can't wait to go back to class again.

And, as an added benefit, I think it shook some stuff loose inside me - the dam broke today and I am no longer constipated.

LOL. There is nothing like the cure for Constipation than vigorous exercise. Haven't tried Zumba and don't even know quite what it is so I will have to check it out. I'm not typically one to do group exercise because I get in a "zone" and lose myself anyway. Keep shaking stuff loose.

I've always wanted to try zumba but I've always felt "too fat" to move like that. I see all the ladies lining up at my gym to go into class and I'm jealous LOL. Maybe now that I'm starting to drop some weight I'll get the courage!!!!! Sounds like as much fun as I thought it would be. Glad you had a good time!!!

Haha that is funny! Oh my do I hate being constipated... more than anything I think. Anyway, does anyone know of any great Zumba DVD's to share? I'd like to buy one and don't want to waste my money, thanks!
