Day 4 Post Op Diarrehea Question

Just wanted to check to see if diarrehea gets bad enough I can take something at Day 4 Post Op?? So far I'm making it to the bathroom, but almost didn't!! Thanks for any suggestions. Renee

My surgeon said it's ok to take immodium if it gets bad enough(You can buy it in a liquid). Better to ask your surgeon though, as he/she might have other opinions.

Oh mine was sooooo bad!!! My surgeon did say Immodium and it has helped, it's not gone but it's slowed down and under control. Since I'm only on liquids I imagine until I can have some food I'll have to deal w this.
