Hello Everyone,

I am new here and I am 5 days post op. Banded by Dr. LAvin in Louisiana. I have a small amount of nausea constantly. Just enough to make you feel yucky all the time. Can anyone give me some advice on how long this will continue.

Gas pains and anesthesia side-effects can produce the nausea you describe but if it persists for more than another day or two, I would suggest you call your surgeon.

I had nausea about 9 days post surgery. I use the anti nausea liquid med my doctor perscriped. If you don't have some I would call him. It helps a lot.
