I was reading your past post. I see you live in Oklahoma?...I was born in Tahlequah, and raised in Sequoyah/Claremore, and Oolagah. I now live in Indiana.

No Way....My Aunts, Uncles, Cousins all still live there. My husband and I have talked about moving back after my "baby" graduates high school..We'll see. I sure MISS it there!=)

Have you started on a Vitamin regimen? If so, what kind are you taking? I am so confused with the different ones people take. Just like Protein Shakes, etc. Have any advice? And when you start your pre-op diet. I have about 130lbs. I want to lose and I'm soooo excited to get this going. I have my nutrition class March 26. I'm sure I'll get all the info. I'm going to need. I just want to get a head start on my vitamins!

Vogue, awesome on your weight loss! My surgery isn't till April 18...:/ praying for a speedy recovery. Does your insurance pay for tummy tucks? My fear is sagging skin.

only with a 3 month history of skin problems post- loss of major weight.... Ive been to my PCP once already and been prescribed cream... yesterday I noticed irritation where my butt & thighs meet.... same type I was getting at my waistline ( bumps/rash/redness)....

Even if the insurance only pays for a panni, Im going to put the money up for the rest to get TT unless by some great miracle this apron leaves by July/August

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
