Best wishes to you and your hubby for successfull surgeries and speedy recoveries. Keep us posted!

Praying for you! Pray for me, too. My surgery is tomorrow morning at 8:30 in Dalton, GA. I've lost 18 lbs. on the pre-op liquid diet, and been blessed with great will power when out with friends at restaurants. I only drank tea and strained egg drop soup at a barbecue place and a Japanese restaurant. I am both eager and apprehensive about what is next, but I trust God, the doctor and clinic and the whole process.

Praying for both of you - you will do great I just know it!! Let me know when you are back, I really want to come see you!!

Take care

Well, we got back last night, and we're doing well. The whole trip is kind of like a whirlwind of activity, and I'm happy to be home. I'm trying to stay hydrated, but still feeling a little nauseous and icky in general. Much better than the first day though! I will post more later, but headed to go pick up my little man. He's been staying with my mom while we were gone. He knows we were getting "sliced and diced", but I'm sure will be anxious to see that we really are okay. Thanks to everyone for the kind words!
