Slider Foods

Maybe this is a silly question -- but what do you all consider slider foods? I hear this term often but don't understand? I mean, to me liquids would be slider foods? But what else?:)

I would call it anything that you can eat a lot of without it being nutritious, such as chips, candy, ice cream, etc. These things go down easily and don't take up much room in your tummy because they sort of disolve, unlike dense protein (chicken), which fills you up quite quickly.

Foods that don't stay with us long. Typically, empty calorie foods such as chips, crackers, pretzels, popcorn are sliders for most.

For me, rice, Pasta, and potatoes are all sliders for me in addition to the stuff listed above. I can eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup of rice, potatoes, pasta, without issue. I get full, but not like I do when I eat dense Protein or even chicken or tuna salad.
