I look at my "before" pictures, and then at my stomach that is still out of proportion with the rest of my body. It doesn't always work, but it typically gets my hiney out of the recliner.

I tried to avoid exercising today by going shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding in a few weeks. When I didn't fit into the size I wanted, I hauled my arse home and got my workout on. :biggrin0:

I have a girlfriend who has her own gym and she is on my way home - so we are accountable to one another and I stop on my way home because I know once I get home that's it!

Also, I like the fact that it seems to keep my scale moving and I feel better after working out.
