My doc said, "Let's do this!"

I am new to the forum. I'm scheduled for surgery on Oct 1st! I am so excited and so ready! I am looking forward to all the things I will be able to do with my kids once I'm healthier! Especially happy to finally take photos WITH my kids vs. OF my kids. My mantra has become, "because I said I would". I am finally keeping a promise to myself! So excited!!!!!!

  • Congratulations and welcome. The band is the best thing I ever did for me. As far as pictures, you're right, I don't try to hide anymore. Still not thin but I am thinner.

  • Congrats! You deserve this =) Welcome to the group and we'll see you across to the other side!
