I took this picture without my new waist cinger. You can see I still have the last roll around my waist. I also wanted to show you my arms and why I'm going for the arm surgery. :)

Barbara,

You look awesome, even from the side (that's my weak spot). Doesn't it feel great? My arms look pretty much the same, but lately, my sleeves seem a bit looser, so I'm hopeful some of it will tighten up.

Great Pics, Barbara!

Isn't it fun putting on your 24's and having them literally fall off of you now that you are in 18's? I even had a few pairs of 26-28's. Sometimes when I am looking for something to wear, I 'forget' that my old clothes don't fit anymore, so I put something on and am always amazed that they are Too Big! I think I still look at the clothes and think I am still that size and that they will fit-Until I put them on.

ok, guys, I am officially down 5 lbs since my last fill. 5 away from ONEDERLAND!!!!! Such a strange phenomonem (sp) when the scales are stuck for weeks then all of a sudden they move...

You're looking great Barbara. That side shot really shows a difference! All this conversation about bat wings has me exercising my arms like a crazy! They are tired today....

DH and I are off to run errands. Got stuck last bite of Breakfast, but no PBing. Just working through it. This is major progress for me. I ate too much and too fast. One wonders when we will learn for good?

DH is going to have back surgery. I'm not for it as the very thought scares me. We don't know when yet as they have to fit him for a back brace, etc. I think we are in for a few trying months. I told him get it over with it and get self sufficient because I'm headed for Vegas in June!!

Its cold in Texas today. It has dropped almost 25 degrees in less than 12 hours. Have a great weekend everyone.

Barbara,

I do not know how to make them side by side. I don't even know how to make them small. Mine are ginormous!

So sorry to hear about your husband. But just think, by this time next year, he will be so much better!

Will keep him in prayers!

I have no idea about the side by side Barbara...maybe ask a mod. I tried to upload mine to no avail. Mine kept saying the file was too big. And I hate when you get photos from someone and they are HUGE! No offense mama!heehee. I hope your hubby does ok with his back Barbara.

One NSV of this surgery was that I got off my anti-depressants. I took myself off of them actually. Now, after 9 months, I'm fighting the blues. I'll try to battle through cuz I just don't want to be on meds.

HAPPY EASTER!

It will be several more weeks before they can schedule the surgery. They have to make a back brace for him. Thanks for the positive thoughts.

The weather has been yucky here. No snow, but we have had rain. And its very cold. We did a little shopping today and then came back home to watch the golf on TV. It was nice and warm in the house. :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
