Anthem bluecross and blue shield

Anyone have any issues with them? They told the office I have coverage and I have my consult appointment set but when I called they told me no coverage so a little concerned

    I have regence blue cross blue shield and that is what I'm going through right now. 6 months ago they said it was covered if I did x, y and z and so I did and now they are saying it isn't even covered. I'm so confused!
