    Weigh 260 and have gone to a lap band seminar and am ready to do this. Made my first consult appointment for June 22 and I can't wait.
    My insurance covers it I have 5000 ded then it is covered.
    Feel like life is just about to begin I hate being fat

    I used slim fast or breakfast carnations im sute there are others that may be bettet but if I have to drink it then I have to be able to stand the taste. I take two gummie multivitamins and I recently started takin a probiotic supplimemnt because lets just say frequent constipation seems to be pretty regular with the band
