Great job, I find weighing myself keeps me motivated, others get to obsessed with the scale, either way, awesome and good luck.

Fantastic job! Congratulations!

That's great!! Awesome job!

Excellent job !

I'm a big believer of only weighing yourself once a week or better yet once a month.

I got rid of my scale a month before my surgery when I had my physical with my family doctor. BEST thing I ever did. While I was losing I got weighed and measured every month with my family doctor. I also got weighed at the clinic when I got a fill (4 times). I found this kept me really motivated and on track I wasn't focused on the scale. The inches REALLY were noticeable.

I still get weighed in every month with my family doctor.

Yippee! That's a great result but don't worry too much about the number in the coming weeks as your body adjusts -- you will be down another twenty before you know it!

WOW that is awesome.....keep up the great work

Great job. I sometimes get to obsessed with getting weighed. I need to put the scale out in the garage and go get it once every 2 weeks. Best of luck.

wow that's amazing! congrats!!!
