I have been overweight all of my life but it wasn't this bad until I had my twins 6 years ago. I have always had a hard time keeping my weight under control and even losing weight to begin with is hard. It just seems to keep going up. I have always been picked on for my weight, including by family members. This has not helped the self esteem. I like to think of myself as a pretty active person but now that I have been overweight for so long, I am starting to have a lot of knee and foot pain, which makes it harder and harder to be as active as I like to be. I am sooooo excited for this surgery and can't wait to be healthy again.
