Pandora. Add "Disturbed" as a playlist. I feel like I can kick a whole army's a$$ listening to it LOL

I have Blurred Lines on repeat! ;)

Pandora 80's cardio. Depends on your age, but for an almost 50 year old like me, it keeps me moving. I was at the gym yesterday on the weight machines when "Eye of the Tiger" came on and I burst out laughing-big old me rocking the weight machines, feeling like Rocky!!!

Yes Blurred lines is a must! I have David Guetta Sexy B*tch and Titanium part of my workout playlist. I even added my Old Jock Jams CDs LOL. Anyway I hope this article will helps http://www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=the_100_best_workout_songs_of_2012

Love blurred lines. (No remix)." Happy" from despicable me now latest Sheryl crow. Always looking for kick ass music. Even "can't touch this". MC. "Super freak" Rick James. I get tired of the same songs so I'm open to other stuff

Ps I'm almost 60 so some of the Red book magazine best work out songs were a Big No thanks

I've been getting pumped to Red Barrat. Caught them on one of NPR's "Tiny DeskConcerts" -- it's wild music, don't know how to describe exactly: New Orleans meets Indian wedding, lots of horns, drums. Impossible not to move -- really changes it up for me when their tunes come on.

Burning Down The House always works for me, too, and Annie Lennox doing Take Me To The River.

I live with a trainer who has taken a few of my favs to play at his gym

The wombats- Tokyo

Something by numbers - apple of my eye/lay me down - great for 3+ solid mins of fast pace

Blue juice- act your age

Nine inch nails - closer - esp. if your on a bike or x trainer with the resistance up high

Pulp- common people

Of course it really depends on your musical tastes.... but most songs by Michael Jackson get me moving. Eminem's Lose Yourself... Survivor is good for Eye of the Tiger but High on You is good, too. Journey... and there is one song that I cannot think of for the life of me right now. I'm going to have to look it up and come back. LOL

Bruno Mars, Zydeco and House Music fill the bill for me.

My sister is 59 years old and swears by Zydeco for walking...it's such happy music, especially if you're into New Orleans/Creole culture - no matter how you're feeling, it put's you in such a great mood. We are in Houston, TX so it's pretty much a way of life here. LOL

Check out:

Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws (Step to You is awesome)

J. Paul, Jr. and the Zydeco New Breedz

Beau Jacques

Keith Frank

PrettyThick....I am very, very close to the Texas/Louisiana Line...I like Zydeco as well. :)

AH HA!!! NEON TREES..... Everybody talks. Man that was driving me bananas since I posted earlier. Ha ha.
