Multi-Vitamins

I bought the individually wrapped, chewy multi vitamins from GNC (don't know WHY, because I don't like them!!!) but I haven't had ONE because I'm thinking of returning them. Which multies are y'all using?

I use GNC MENS chewables... They taste better than the womens!

I use Bariactric Advantage they meet all the requirements for a banded patient( they have them for banded,by-pass.and sleeve). They are not a bad price for amount you get and how long they last. You can find them at BariactricAdvantage.com.

Centrum Complete chewables.

I use Centrum as well, it's what my surgeon suggested. I am currently taking the liquid, but will go to the chewables in a week or so.

One-A-Day Women's (minis) and have no problem getting them down.
