Prayers and support

Hi all haven't been on of late due to some extreme life issues. My Mother In Law a passed away at the same time this was happening I was diagnosed with a tumor on my kidney. I recently had surgery (last Tues 5/14) And they removed part of my kidney and all the tumor!!! I had a little trouble in the OR with my breathing but the good Lord was watching over me and all was ok. I am home now on the mend slowly very slowly! I have had a couple of stuck moments which with the surgery were excrutiating but got passed. Just really could use some prayers through this ordeal! Can't wait to get back on track although I'm not gaining so that's good!

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! I hope you have a speedy recovery!

Sending positive healing energy your way. So sorry for your family's loss. Mom's are so often the glue that holds everyone together. Prayers.

Praying you will feel and know the Lord's presence. May you take one day at a time and know nothing is forever and there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel. I've been there, My father-in-law was very ill and passed away while I was recovering from my knee replacement. It's hard when you can't be of any help physically when you are dealing with your own pain.

God Bless

Lord God Almighty, Please keep your loving arms around Shannon. Touch her with your healing power and guide her to health.Help her to believe that you will never leave her or forsake her. Your love for her is great.

May you get the praise and the glory.

In Jesus name, amen!

Bless you, we are with you in thoughts too, and keep us updated! Karen

Thank you all for your support. It really means a lot. I went to doctor Friday and he took out staples, there is one part of the incision that didn't close so a couple times a day I need to put moist packing in and that is the most disgusting thing I have ever had to deal with, but if that's the worst of this I will deal. Considering the alternative could have been far worse! Sill finding it hard to wrap my head around the fact that I had kidney cancer!! Feels like a bad dream and I thank my God/ Higher Power for bringing me through it and all of you for your prayers!
