    Flintstones...Omg.. lol...thats awesome

  • My doc also says take a Flintstones with iron everyday. In addition I take a Centrum chewable in the evening because a Flintstone isn't very complete on it's own.

  • I use Nature's way Alive Whole Food Energizer Liquid Multi. I got it at The Vitamin Shoppe. It taste a little grassy, but you only take a cap full.

I know it sounds funny but my doc recommended Flintstones chewable- not the gummy's.

I just take the Women's One-a-Day mini vitamin and it goes down fine.

I have the Opurity ones. I just break them up and then swallow pieces one by one. I don't chew them. Can't stand them getting stuck in my teeth. They are the most "complete" vitamin I found.

My doc said no flintstones as they are made for Kids and we need more Vitamins after surgery than there are in the flintstones.

I said that and was told that there is actually a child dosage and an adult dosage.

I take the walmart (cant remember what brand all the wm Vitamins are) prenatal pill! Has all the vitamins in wonderful amounts, extras of some! Can be taken by males or females and helps with healthy hair and nails as well!
