I'm just curious about Multivitamins. I'm using opurity band optimized. It works ok but the flavor is icky! What do u use? My nut says I can use whatever I like but I don't like this one lol. Your input would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I know it sounds funny but my doc recommended Flintstones chewable- not the gummy's.

My doc also says take a Flintstones with Iron everyday. In addition I take a Centrum chewable in the evening because a Flintstone isn't very complete on it's own.

I have the opurity ones. I just break them up and then swallow pieces one by one. I don't chew them. Can't stand them getting stuck in my teeth. They are the most "complete" Vitamin I found.

My doc said no flintstones as they are made for Kids and we need more Vitamins after surgery than there are in the flintstones.

I said that and was told that there is actually a child dosage and an adult dosage.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
