The more I think about it the more amazing 200 lbs in 15 months is. Heck, 200 pounds period is amazing. You really have accomplished something special and I know you are so proud.

I'm looking in to get the band cuz I need my life back I hurt my back and had lots of work done to it. Indeed to loss 200lbs so if I can ask was it really hard?

Honestly? No, I don't believe it was hard. It took a lot of work and I had to change my eating habits drastically, but it wasn't hard. The more I lose the better I feel so that alone has always been incentive to continue on this journey and do the right thing.

If I can lose 200 pounds so can you :)
