I got dressed today and all the sudden it is like my body changed over night. The shirt I wore last week that was big is now huge. The pants I wore yesterday are hanging some on my belly. I also notice more of a waist. I have lost a total of 95.2 and about 50 of it is from end of last October. Any one else have experience like this?

I was so happy to finally shop in Old Navy again! When I was in a 14 (down from 22), I was ecstatic. When they started hanging off me, I went straight to a 10, skipping right over the 12's - WOW! So, yes, I know the feeling! Get rid of those jumbo clothes today! That way you don't have a choice of gaining it back!

Congrats!! Amazing feeling! Now go out and buy yourself something nice - you deserve it.

I remember shopping for a pair of jeans a couple months ago. The saleswoman said I looked like an 8 and I laughed in her face as she handed it to me... until I tried them on and they actually fit. Surreal.

Yes! It's awesome! I bought a blazer for work and bought it snug. Pulled it out a couple of weeks ago and it's baggy as can be! Sneaks up on ya, doesn't it? :-)

Yeah it's crazy how it really does sneak up. I really don't think I looked like this yesterday but my weightless counselor said my body really changed from last weeks weigh in. I guess now when I tell people that sometimes plateaus really do give you a chance to catch up with your weight loss and your body I know it is really true.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
