Ok I don't get a fill until April 16th but for the past few days in the morning and at night I have felt like I can't breath as well. I have asthma and it kinda feels like I need my inhaler but I haven't really needed it for awhile. So I was wondering if maybe my band is just tight and I am misreading what's going on????? What does it feel like?

I don't think even a tight band would effect your breathing. I have heard of colds and sinus infections tightening your band, but not the other way around.

Time to call your Dr or use your inhaler or both.

It is allergy season and maybe that is effecting your asthma?

Good luck and hope you get this cleared up soon.

A tight band hurts in your upper chest and its hard to eat or drink anything.

At support group it was explained that band tend to feel tighter in a.m. because the Fluid shifts when you lay down.they suggest drinking warm liquids in a.m. before eating and this helps. You can get Decaf tea bags and try for a few days to see if this helps.

Is this just a personal choice or is there a reason that coffee or tea would not be as good? I'm curious if caffeine has any connection.

Gosh, so much to learn. . . . .

Yep, personal choice. I also like hot Chai tea also. Any warm drink helps. My Dr. does not allow caffeine.

I switched to Decaf several years ago because it helped my blood pressure. Then I began to drink tea, until I saw the stats on how much caffeine was in my tea, then switched to a decaf version of that, too. -sigh-

Rosie, you are already ahead of the game. You're going to do great.

You're asking questions , reading post and gaining knowledge and like they say "knowledge is power".

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
