I just found out I am pregnant again last Friday!!! Im due October 28th. This is baby #4 for us and band baby #2. We are so excited!! So far Im not feeling too badly, but about 11wks in my last pregnancy I had to get my band unfilled. Im hoping that this time wont be quite as bad (my gall bladder also went bad which I think was part of the problem).

Just wanted to share my excitement :)

Wow, baby #4! Congratulations! That's a lot of work! You won't need the band running after 4 kids! LOL. I only have 2 and it wore me out! One of my babies turn 21 on the 21st of October, it a great month! Congratulations again, there is no time that is more exciting than expecting a new baby!

So I ended up in the ER on Monday because my morning sickness was so bad that my band was so unbelieveably restricted. They gave me IV fluids and emptied my band but even after a few days later I am still struggling to eat certain foods. Could my stomach still be swollen from all of the vomiting :( I know they took it all out because I only had about 4.6 and I watched her take it out. Im just worried there still might be a problem. I know I need to "ease" back into eating, but knowing I could eat a breadstick or two finally really made me want to have them.

Hope all you other preggo ladies are doing well. Happy Easter!

Congrats on baby #4. I'm on #4 as well. After 2, whats a couple more, right? ;) I'm 16 weeks along and starting to get a little paranoid that I'm not eating enough. I've only gained about 3 maybe 4 lbs so far and it just worries me being this far along now. I had really bad nausea that started in week 4 and lasted until about week 13-14, but I only ever threw up a hand full of times, but the thought of eating was so unappealing. Ugh!

I have my appetite back to normal, but still feel like its not enough to grow a little person :( My husband has mentioned it over the last few days and so tomorrow I have an OB appt so I'm going to talk with her and see what she thinks about where I am with weight. Before the band I was 192, and pre-pregnancy I was hovering between 157-160. Now I'm going between 159-161. I haven't gotten ANY unfills yet, and sometimes things get stuck, but usually when I'm eating too fast or taking too big a bite. And of course if I eat too much I get that uncomfortable "after Thanksgiving" kinda full feeling

So being how you are on band baby #2, any advice? When did you get an unfill, if ever? And when did you know it was time for one? How was your weight gain? Of course I don't want to blow up, but I want to make sure I'm eating ENOUGH to have a healthy baby. :-/

I would guess you are still swollen! If you were throwing up a lot then it may take a while for the swelling to go down :(

Think so Erin. I've been feeling a little better, just patiently waiting for the next few weeks to tick by so this morning sickness goes away lol. How are you feeling??

I'm feeling pregnant and so over it! Lol I'm 37 weeks today. I'm tired, sore in the hips, I have round ligament pain and a groin pull (both on the right side), and forget about even trying be comfortable in bed! Here's hoping he comes earlier rather than later :)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
