All of my best friends are deceased, pics

This is our family dog Steinway. As you can see he takes a lot of abuse (not really) from my 5 year old son! Lol But, he loves my son more than he loves anyone! When I take my son to school and come home without him he gets sad and sits by the door waiting for him.

Stein is a 13 year old Cocker Spaniel. He has arthritis, 30% vision in one eye, 10% in the other, constant ear infections, very little hearing.. He is getting old and starting to lose everything but we are cherishing his last years with us and hope to have many more great memories with him!!

The picture with him in the car was my sons preschool bring your pet day, they were both VERY excited!!

These are my fur-babies, Huey and Chica. They keep me going. Huey is eight years old and not as active anymore. Chica is two years old and still a very hyper doggie. I want to be able to take them for long walks and rough-house with them. My hope is that losing weight will help me to do that.

I'm sorry your family had to go through this. I know how painful it can be. Kudos to you for stepping up when they needed you.

Thank you M1aman. Your well wishes mean a lot.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
