This will vary greatly by individual. Amount of weight to lose, size of band etcetera. There is no one right magic number for fills. I have very good friends who have lost almost 100 pounds with no fills at all. Work with you doctor and do what is right for your body and band, not someone else's band.

My band is 14cc and I am at six fills totaling 10cc. I have been in and out of the green zone once as I lost weight and I hope my next fill on the 19th puts me back in it because I am struggling and barely losing any weight. Hope this gives you an idea.

The first time I hit the Green Zone was 4.9cc in a 10cc band after 4 fills. Then again couple weeks ago I went back into it and now have 5.2cc in my band.

Keep in mind everyone is different so don't gauge yourself based on anyone else.
