I was walking down the hall today and a colleague who I really don't know all that well said, "I don't really know you but I have to say I know you've lost weight cause you look fabulous." I wanted to reach out & kiss him!!! I replied " Yes I have."

"As a man you never know whether to say something or not but I had to cause you are looking so good." Okay you can stop now (or continue cause I'm loving it).

That put a smile on my face all day long!
