Digestive Question

Say you eat dinner..i had some chili...i waited an hour to drink..i took some sips of ff milk and it is just sitting there...does this mean my pouch is full? Or my food is stuck? So weird..feels like a tight band like first thing in morning..im.still trying to understand my band..:/
