That's a 10-4 good buddy, a gain. 5 pounds in the wrong direction. It's a conspiracy, there was no weigh in last week to keep me in check. The blame game just won't change the numbers.

I stopped walking during the week due to the heat so yesterday I did the Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile tape. My goal is to do it everyday I can not go outside to walk.

I'll Succeed, I pray that you are doing well. I will get the numbers together this week.

LBT BOOTCAMP

starting 401 pds

4-10 (+3)404

4-17 (-2)402

4-24 (-4)398

5-1 (-4)394

5-8 (+1)395

5-15 (+4)399

5-22 (-8)391

5-29 (-3) 388:welldoneclap:

6-5 no weigh in this week 13 pounds gone in bootcamp woohooo

6-12 (+5) 393

Well.....been on vacation and had too much ice cream!!! I guess on the bright side, I didn't gain but I didn't lose either. So, numbers for this week remain the same as last.

My thoughts and prayers are with you I'llsucceed. Take care.....

My son is in Boot Camp in San Antonio Texas. A woman went there last weekend for her sons graduation and took this picture of my son! He told her my phone number and she called me and later sent the picture email. I can't tell you how thrilled I was to get the picture and how proud I am of him.

His name is Airman Sheehan Patrick O'Connor

Hi All,

wt is 160.5 today and body fat on my scale says 37%, if I compute the figure from known lean body mass I get 31% - guess which # I'm going with. Hope everyone had a great week! Bought some bra's that fit and a swim suit overy the w/e - who'd have thought that would be fun.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
