Thanks! Today I woke up extremely nervous. I can't believe how fast time flys. I'm super hungry and the Protein shakes with on meal is not cutting it. How can I make my shakes more filling?

Make sure you are drinking enough water. That will help some.

New to the site and just made the decision to be banded. Getting full support from my family and friends and am doing as much research ad possible. I go for my information seminar on Dec 19th. My goal is to lose 115 pounds and run a full marathon! Excited to meet new friends here and find out what works and what doesnt when it comes to eating.

25 pounds in 6 weeks!?!!! Wow!! Congrats!

Congrats lady. I am a newbie. Will be banded 12/18 in a few weeks and I am so ready:-)

Girl 25lbs. That is fantastic right now I will take that. The 18 is not getting here fast enough:-)

I had my surgery Oct 11th...I'm six weeks out. Down about 25 pounds. First fill this Friday...hoping to be down more by the first of the year.

How was your first fill?

Im new to this site, but I have been banded since Jan. 13 2010. Not much success. I only have 4.5cc in. I have been up to 6cc and could not tolerate it. Im a bit discouraged

Gigi, I will run the marathon with you! You pick where and I'm coming! I've been looking for someone who will run one with me! Only thing is, I'm an accountant so I can't run one in feb-may.

I was banded 10/5. I was training last year for NWM 2011 when I hurt my back. Have to get under 200 to start running again. I absolutely love it though!

How was your first fill?

It wasn't a bad as I thought it would be. They numbed me I didn't feel a thing. I only got .5cc for a total of 2.5cc. Did u have one yet?

Wow I have never been numbed at a fill! How awesome for you!
