Dental Health

Is anyone having trouble with their teeth since being banded. I was banded last year and since then my teeth are now full of cavities. I went from needing 1 fill to 11. I am pretty good at caring for my teeth at home but this has stumped me. Any other or any ideas?

I don't get banded until Nov. but have wondered it the diet of more liquids and softer foods would affect my teeth. I would like to hear other experiences with dental care also. Would it be a good idea to rinse your mouth after each meal?

Are you taking all your vitamins? I take a mult vitamin, vitamin d and calcium per my dr.s orders. Wondering if that would help.

I take vitamins. When I go to my next appt I will bring it up. I swear it looks like I haven't brushed a day in my life but I know I do daily and dentist on the regular

No problems for me....I too take a multi vitamin for what its worth. You migh have something else going on... best to check with a dentist and your Dr.
