Just got back from my 2 week post op and since surgery ive lost 13 pounds!!!! I can now move to mushu foods!!! I may truly have lost a little more because im bloated from being on my monthly!!! They said everything looks great and to not focus on calories yet just protein. I feel so good about myself right now.
