Are you drinking enough water and getting enough protein? That helps me with the hunger. Another thought, maybe have a low calorie snack between meals to take the edge off. An hour to eat seems like a lot, maybe you need a little bit of your fill removed. If you're following all the rules, I'd talk to your nutritionist. Sorry this is happening to you. It sounds really frustrating.

I had my first fill a month after my surgery (3 ccs). My second fill is next Friday (2 months after surgery). That said, everyone is a little different depending on your situation and your doctor.
