Argh! Went to a BBQ today and got stuck. The host was talking to me while I had a PB situation going on! What are some of your most embarrassing LB situations?

It has been my experience that eating out is difficult............ Because I tend to be more social I am talking and eating and I just forget to chew enough or swallow to big a piece. And for some reason I just can it get it through my brain that I can not Eat that roll they always bring warm and in a basket..... So I have become familiar with every bathroom in town ... my husband and friends are just use to it . They see me stopping , swallowing and leaving the table for the bathroom. I don't make a scene I go do what I have to do and come back a little red in the face and watering eyes sit down and go on.

I always hope that there is no one in the handicap bathroom since in Florida they have sinks and I can do what I need to do in there . One time after throwing up in one I came out to see a lady in a wheel chair glaring at me........ Note .....I always leave the bathroom cleaned up.

I was at my church and there was an anniversary party for our priest. I thought hat I could eat a small piece of beef on a small bun. It came up, and up and up. My son had to drive me home, and after while, I had no where to spit. We had to leave because there were so many people that I could not make my way to the restroom. It was not a pretty site, thank God my son is now a lapbander and is now well aware that when it comes, it comes!!!

I thought PB was a productive burp, but this does not sound like a burp, or maybe that's what the "productive" part means, can someone shed some light on what PB is? :)

Yes, that is what productive burp is! When you experience it, you will know! It is basically an action that you can't stop.

Thanks, that sounds kind of scary, but I'll have to learn to live with it.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
