      I saw my dietician and weight loss center nurse today. One week until surgery and I'm starting to get nervous. I'm super excited though. I've lost 30 pounds since May and can't wait to lose more!!!! G

    How great to have band friends overseas. I'm living in Lincolnshire, UK at the moment but originally come from Oxford. My husband is in the Armed Services so we travel a fair bit. Where do you August bandings come from?
