      I saw my dietician and weight loss center nurse today. One week until surgery and I'm starting to get nervous. I'm super excited though. I've lost 30 pounds since May and can't wait to lose more!!!! G

    We have two people going in this morning make sure to send them a message of encouragement . There is an August Bandster Group that was started please look for it and join so we can encouarge each other along the journey REMEMBER the surgery is the 1st step, the hard work starts after surgery we want to be here to encourage each other............STRENGHTH IN NUMBERS :rolleyes:

    Thanks slojo67!!!! I'm not real sure how to use this site. So I will take all the help and advice I can get!!!! I'm terrified for surgery!!! I'm very excited as well. I don't know anyone who has had it so I don't understand the "sticking" feeling that everyone talks about!!!!

    Also I'm hairdresser so I eat very fast when I can get a chance. Does it really take a full 30 min to eat??? And what about drinking? I am concerned what if ur thirsty ? Can you drink normally??
