I had my surgery this past Monday, yesterday I went grocery shopping and it wore me out I felt like a took 2 steps back. I know grocery shopping isn't the same as your work but maybe this will help a little! Sent from my Kindle Fire using LapBandTalk

After about the 3rd day I felt better now I'm down to only 3 days left and I'm starving!! I just keep telling myself its all going to be worth it in the end!

I'm with jellyfish, after the 3rd maybe 4th day I wasn't hungry at all. I still have 4 days left!
