I had a headache throughout, but the hunger left almost entirely by day three for me. The headache will probably get better as time goes by, I think mine was from caffeine withdrawal, so if that's the case for you a few sips of black coffee (yuck) will really help. Or you might just be a little dehydrated, so make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Water also helps some with the hunger, and if you drink your shakes and eat your food really really slowly, that will also help the hunger. Hang in there! It will get better.

Days 1, 2, & 4 were the worst for me. Day 3 and the others weren't so bad. Before you know it you'll be on the other side. Hang in there! ;)

We've got this! I have survived day 2, hungry as hell, but I survived! It is inspiring to see everyone on here that has already btdt. Good luck!

I'm with jellyfish, after the 3rd maybe 4th day I wasn't hungry at all. I still have 4 days left!

I'm just finished Dy 2 but thankful I'm not on all liquids I actually get to eat food just a lot less
