After about the 3rd day I felt better now I'm down to only 3 days left and I'm starving!! I just keep telling myself its all going to be worth it in the end!

I'm with jellyfish, after the 3rd maybe 4th day I wasn't hungry at all. I still have 4 days left!

This is awesome to have such support!!! I can't wait for Monday to get here!!! I'm in southern Ohio!

I was feeling the same way and I called my nutrition at my surgeons office, first thing she asked was last time I had a BM, it had been several days told me to take some milk of mag I did and ate some green beans (she told me green beans or chicken breast) about 2 hrs later I ran to the bathroom (several times) however I feel so much better. Not sure if that helps you any but I hope so!

I am not yet banded however I have seen on here and my nutrition class a good choice is fat free refried beans with fat free cheese.....probably not something you would want everyday but could be good now and then!

My doctor suggested bringing a pillow to hold on your belly for the ride home, also liquid tylenol. Good luck, I'm not far behind you August 6th is my date!!

Does the protein shake count for a meal? It is a little overwhelming that it seems like they want you to continuously be drinking or eating!

I'll look in my manual, we got so much info I have went back over the manual so many times! When did you have your nutrition class? I had mine on the 9th with Erin!

I only have to be on liquid for 24hrs then mushy. Every doctor is so different!
