True Results Richardson, Don't Know What To Think

Recommended Posts

Okay, Wednesday, May 2nd was my last required visit and everyone I spoke with said they would submit to insurance that day. Well, Tuesday, the 8th, I decide to go ahead and call Aetna to make sure that it is in process. They have no records of my paper work being submitted. I call True Results and they said it must not have been put into their system, but it was submitted. Well, I call Aetna again today and still nothing. All I keep getting from True Results is we'll check on it and get back to you. Well, nothing from them. Up to this point I could not say enough positive things about the staff that I have dealth with. Now I am not so sure. I am being amazingly patient for me, but now I am getting a little frustrated. Just had to vent. The only ones that know I am getting banded are my husband and 2 close friends. So I am glad to have you guys to "talk" to. Typing this has made me feel a little better.

I hope you hear something soon!

Only reason I was able to decide on a doc was because my husband went to him 2 years ago. I'm not typically a big fan of doctors (have had some bad experiences) and so I'm very cautious!

Sounds like this could just be a paperwork issue. Maybe it takes some time for things to get processed/entered in the system? Either way - good luck!

i was self pay so i didnt have to deal with all that crap...but i would stay on them and get on their nerves so they have no choice but to submit your paper work. hope it gets done soon..ugh!!!

I hope they take care of this for you....in a timely manner. I'd be pissed - but more at the fact that I can't make them do their jobs.

My opinion on TR Richardson is they only want my money....

Are you having your surgery done at the center in there in Richardson??

It would be more convenient to have it done at the surgery center in Richardson, but since I have aetna, I will have to have my surgery done at Trophy Club by Dr. Fox.

I'm going to request mine be done at Trophy Club or at another hospital - don't want to have the surgery there at the center in Richardson - would prefer to be in hospital setting just in case

although i think the trophy club is pretty far away from me - I live in Princeton, TX (9 miles east of McKinney)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
