Are you still on Clear Liquids? Thats just broth, Water, gatorade, and the clear Protein Drinks like Isopure. But if you are on to the (full liquids) creamy Soups all the ones that come in the cartons (not cans) are pretty good. Some are V8 brand and some are others. Butternut squash, Tomato, and roasted red pepper are my faves. YOu can add your Protein Powder to them.I guess you can also put the more chunkier soups in the blender.

I eat a lot of Soup mainly veg soup made with cauliflour, broccoli, celery, zuchini and frozen peas and a chopped onion, veg stock cube , then blended with a stick blender tons of good Vitamins and Protein and very filling. The other soup i eat is weight watchers Tomato Soup is low calorie and is the only one that taste any good to be honest. ww soup is the only shop bought soup i eat :) i sometimes add chilli flakes to the veg soup to spice it up a bit, u can add 0 fat yoghurt too to make it more creamy.

I lived on cream of Tomato Soup the first month. Everytime I went to Albertsons to pick up my Soup, I smelled the fried chicken in the deli and I almost died of hunger. Good luck with this stage. It'll be over soon and you'll be on to real food! Hang in there!

I agree with the post about carton Soups. If you have a Trader Joe's in your area they have excellent carton soups. You know what else is awesome? Mix in a few spoon fulls of plain/lowfat greek yogurt (I like the brand FAGE). Anyhow it makes the Soup taste creamy and delicious as well as adds an excellent source of Protein. Good luck to you!

Homemade Soups are great for flavor. Use the lipton sodium free flavors for the broth, there good. also. Lipton cup of Soup CREAM OF chicken is very good, and it's just enough.

Down the road when you can eat carton soups. They are Great ! I still buy them, they are in the Organic area. ROASTED RED PEPPER has got to be the best. They also have a Mushroom, and the Butternut Squash is good. So check this stuff out, and see if it helps.

They are Very Good.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
