Thanks everyone! I still haven't had any pain. My biggest complaint is that I cant sleep in my bed. I don't sleep good at night anyway and this recliner isn't helping that. I had everything do.e at once and my boobs are no problem. I can lay on my side and they never bother me but I wake up with my hips hurting and sort of stiff. I just want my bed back.

I haven't had the lap band surgery yet, but I will. This is one of my concerns...the excess skin after the surgery. You look great by the way and it's great to know you did not have much pain. I wouldn't mind having the Tummy Tuck but I don't think I'd be able to afford it. I have medicaid and medicare and I am pretty sure it's not covered being that it is a cosmetic procedure. How much is it if you don't mind me asking? Also, what are good places in NYC to have it done? I want to be prepared. Thanks :)

Spoiltmom....any newer pix for us?

Oh and still, no pain:) I had a drain free yummy tuck. That may be why I have less pain and swelling, not sure though.

I'm hoping to take some in the next couple of days and post them. I feel so AWESOME!! Seriously. This was nothing like what I thought it would be, it's so much easier.

Wow, you look awesome-all that work and no real pain?? What a blessing. I hope you are able to post more pics soon. Ignore the negative people who commented. Keep up the good work. I am five months out from my LB surgery, have lost 30 pounds, and hoping my skin will rebound enuf to avoid TT. My body doesn't do well with anesthesia so don't want to go there again. Healthywoman

I had my TT done 2 weeks ago. Had a pain pump so that helped a lot. I have not thought the recovery was a breeze. Hard to sleep at night, can't walk around to much. Am hoping the results are worth all of this. No more cosmetic surgery for me. Mine cost $7,000 in upper Midwest.

My PS will take more next month and then give me a copy of his before and afters. I will post them when I get them.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys! I'm back to full activity now. Even jogging again:) I still have some swelling but it should subside in a few more weeks.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
