Difficulty finding TIME to eat!!

I was banded on 05/31/11 and have lost 30lbs so far (without a fill) but now that I am back to work (I took a month off after surgery), my schedule is super busy and I find it hard to find time to eat! I wake up around 630am to get myself and my son ready for school/work..after that it's non-stop busy-ness..lol.

Can anyone recommend some ON-THE-GO foods or Snacks that are healthy AND quick (low carb/low sugar/protien). When I do eat, I rarely get hungry in between but I need something that I can eat while I am on the run!

Premier nutrition Protein shakes for Breakfast and it's in a to-go container. Easy access and it fills you up.

You can find them at costco and I THINK Sam's Club.

30 g protein

1 g sugar

3 g fat

chocolate is yummy.

Protein shakes, and bars.

Also stop in a nutrition store, tell them how busy are, and ask if they have protein snacks in a bag or box like a cookie or treat.

A couple of pieces might hold you over.

I really try to avoid eating on the run. That's a good way to get stuck. If I really feel I need something I try to stick with something liquid, protein shakes or just a cup of coffee or iced tea and hope the urge goes away. It usually does.
