My puter doesn't let me go to that site. They must have naughty nighties, so I'll look from work tomorrow - just don't tell my work!

I need a new camera but I have a good chance of winning one at the Slumber Convention in March :)

I already took the dress off before checking the pics so they're fuzzy. Sorry, but I like it that way cause it distorts my distorted flabby arms! Can someone flip & shrink this?

Paula, nope, we aren't wearing masks to the formal but I haven't put on a face or hair yet. Hey, there's an idea for getting to work on time, just wear a feathered mask.

I have to hijack my own thread for a second. Chris was looking over my shoulder and saw a screen name and said, "WHO? ROAD QUEEN?" I've told him about all the banded biker babes before, but it just now registered in his coconut so he wants to know when you'll be here. Celest? Asphalt? Nana? Open invite!

And thanks for the compliment! I'm going to keep my camera on fuzzy mode from now on!

Now, where does an Amazon get a onezie strapless girdle?

Well... my favorite is Frederick's of Hollywood. Sexy and plus-size. Lane Bryant (online store not online catalouge) is the next best. I've seen strapless body shapers at both recently.

Hold on --I've got two dresses borrowed from a friend that I can pass on.

One is long black velvet, sleevless, round neck with a slit up the front--column style It is a size sixteen. You and I have just about the same stats--you are probably smaller in the boobs than me. I got tons of compliments on this dress.. Very comfy dress. I wore it to the companies Christmas party. The other is black with a full tafetta skirt. It has a black velvet top, sleevelss also. If you'd like, I can take some digital photos tonight and forward them on.

Thanks, Sal, but I bought the plum one over the weekend. However, I never went to the prom, never had a wedding dress, never did formal too well. Now that I fit into a pretty dress, I think I'll start a collection. I'm taking any and all plus size formal wear! I'll rent them out, or play dress up, or put them on my husband for (let's not go there.)

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
